This was marketed as a ""food, history, and cultural tour," but it was not a food tour at all. We left after 2 hours and 45 minutes having sampled only 2 venues. The guide, Jason, was eloquent and passionate about the neighborhood, but the lack of quantity and diversity in food samplings was extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth $100+ per head.

We always appreciate hearing from our guests, Michael. Our food tour is structured a little differently than most in that while we have larger tastings at fewer stops, each tasting we offer helps to tell the story of DC. Not only that, it helps support Mary and Stefan's mission of pouring back into the community we love. We're so sorry you missed out on tasty Cuban pastries and delicious ice cream, but maybe we'll catch you on your next trip to DC!

The history of the neighborhood and the Ethiopian food were amazing. Ben's chili bowl... outstanding, as well as the other stops. Justin was amazing! So glad we did this!
