Enjoyed the walk through Williamsburg and especially the college of William & Mary. Tour guide was not a local citizen and I think her presentation lacked some local experience.

On July 7, my wife and I booked this tour. We have been on all of the other Ghost tours and this was advertised as the best with SMALL groups. Well, I don't consider 35+ folks as small groups. What this tour did do is go over onto William and Mary campus and told of the ghost stories that go on over there. Out tour guide didn't do a great job of keeping the large group together. We had a diverse group, different ages (large gap from early teens to 70+) and one with a walking boot that always had trouble of keeping up of the fast pace set by the tour guide. The group stretched out for about a block and the guide would talk with the front pack and the folks from about the middle to the rear of the pack. Some of the stories varied from the books we have read and from the other ghost tours taken, some may have been greatly exaggerated. He also didn't cover as many places in colonial Williamsburg as the other tours do. This was not the best but it was surely not the worst tour we have taken.

Hello, we're sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your experience with us. We strive to go above and beyond for our tour guests, and it's unfortunate to hear that your guide was not considerate of the entire group. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to further assist you.
