The headline is misleading. It is not really an underground tour like you find it other cities like Seattle. I guess that is what I was thinking it would be. This is more like a walking tour of the history of Cincinnati and some of it's citizens with an emphasis on breweries, prohibition, and such. The "underground" part was a crypt beneath a church and tunnels where brew houses stored and produced their wares during prohibition. The tour guide, Randy was very knowledgeable, outgoing, and talked about a lot of interesting people of the era. Above ground we were taken to places with historical significance. I definitely would recommend this tour for the important history and site visits, just be aware that it is not all underground AND there is a lot of walking. We had one guy on the tour that seemed to be having trouble with all the walking and it wasn't even overly warm in June.
