The whole tour was great - fulll of wonderful and useful facts and great sites. Our guide, Miranda, was originally from Australia and her accent made her even more enjoyable as a guide. She was personable and answered all questions and added more info as we asked for it.

Friends and family mix went and had an amazing time!!! Miranda (with the cool Australian accent!!!) was superb!!! One of the best tour guides I have ever been on a tour with!!! Will definitely recommend, and try to return at some point for a different tour that is offered. Thank you!!!

Our Guide, Dean, was knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed his talk about architecture and history. He answered all questions patiently. On a less positive note the Cavern part was a small part of the tour but billed like it was more prominent. It was just an excursion into a basement of a building. Nothing special. Also, maybe there was miscommunication with our Guide but both my wife and I thought he said we would be coming out of the basement on a different route. My wife had some mobility limits and had a difficult time going back up the steep and narrow steps. He should have said you can wait for the group if these step could be a problem navigating.
