After successfully opening and testin the app the night before the planned trip, the app wouldn't start when I tried opening it the next morning of my trip, claiming I didn't have sufficient Wi-Fi to open it. I had to abandon the trip, and I missed all the points that was supposed to take me to.

Joe, that sounds super frustrating! It's very unusual for the app to act like that. The good news is that tours are valid for a year! If you're still around Kauai, give it another shot, starting from the location provided in the app. No Wi-Fi is needed for the tour itself. If not, our support team (separate from Viator) is here to help with app setup – shoot them a message! You can also contact me directly ASAP if you'd prefer. Let's get you on that fantastic Na Pali Coast tour!
