Ultimate Sunrise Whale Watch Tour from Lahaina Harbor

Overview

For the health and safety of our visitors, our tours will be operating at 75% vessel capacity to allow for social distancing this season. Only 16 guests maximum will be on this tour.

Our early bird discount whale watch is 1.5 hours of small group whale watching!

Our small groups of guests make every seat a front row seat as you enjoy whale watching and educational talks from our marine naturalist onboard.

Our inflatable rafting vessels are modeled after Coast Guard rescue rafts and are safe, travel quickly to find whales and a fun ride for the whole family.

On our whale watch we could travel anywhere from 2 to 10 miles from Lahaina harbor, often encountering dolphins in addition to humpback whales. All trips from December – April are guaranteed to see whales or you go again for FREE!

We are locally owned and operated since 1982 and every ticket supports our participation in marine research projects and our role as certified first responders to whale entanglements.

Our 2-hour small group Whale Watching tour is our most popular whale watching tour on Maui. Our fast and safe rafting vessels are low to the water and perfect for close encounters and small groups making every seat a front row seat! Listen to whale songs on our hydrophone and don’t forget your camera for epic photos of our humpback whale friends!

So we have done the Pacific whale foundation boat before and all I can say is we will never do it again. The ultimate whale watching boat is amazing how close you can get to the whales. Our kids 6 and 8 loved it and said it was the best day. I would recommend this company for everyone. We will do this every year with them. Hopefully we will get Nick and Heather again for our captains they were so knowledgeable and made the trip so fun. We did the 7am trip and saw about 6 whales which was so amazing. Next Christmas we will be back to do the whale and snorkling trip. You will not regret doing this...

We saw whales breech and had the best tour with Tiffany and Mario. 90 minutes was the perfect length for our teens. We were close and they were engaged.

We were on a cruise ship and our friends booked a private charter for the Ultimate Whale Watch. Oh yes. 1.5 hours of lots of Moms with Babies with their escorts. Everyone on the boat got an ultimate experience great pictures. It is also great to see all the skippers of different boats working together to give their guests a good experience. What a magical morning.
