Weight limits: minimum 35 lbs; maximum 275 lbs
Zipping requires closed-toe shoes

Even though we got lost and arrived barely on time for our Zip, the staff were friendly and welcoming and really very entertaining throughout. I was pretty nervous but the confidence and professional demeanour of our guides made me feel as safe as houses....the zip lines were amazing. A must do if staying in Hilo.

Great guides and beautiful scenery. Would definitely come again. Despite 4 emails that told me to print my ticket out, they never asked for it though. Lol

So much fun!! We had wanted to do the 9 line but it was already sold out. Turns out the 4 has the two long lines so it was perfect! Only thing that would've been fun is to have done the line that goes by the store/clubhouse :) Staff was super friendly! The store is a great place for those that are not participating to hang out, play some cornhole or have a snack/drink and wait. Would definitely do this again! My 10 year old had a blast and wanted to keep going.
