My son and brother did this and they had alot of fun. It is a beautiful course and very organized with safety first. They skipped the longest Zipline, because it was going to fast. After we booked we got emails requiring a printed ticket. Our condo didn't have a printer. We also got notice to arrive 45 minutes early and a requirement for bringing proof of COVID-19 test. All of this should have been upfront before purchase. The tour was scheduled for 1.5 hours. Start time was 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. But it ended at 5 pm. So disappointed (as the one paying for it). But they said they would do it again, just the longer one.

We offer two zipline tours: the longer, 9-line tour and the shorter 4-line tour. As described on our website, the 4-line tour typically runs 1 - 1.5 hours long, depending on group size. Our website clearly explains what our check-in procedures are for all our tours. Also, when guests book their reservation(s), they are required to check a box (at the end) that includes the following copy: “Participation Requirements: Please be prepared to provide your Safe Travels negative test results or your proof of vaccination at check-in.” We do our best to provide all the necessary information and requirements for our tours, but we can't control if guests don't read those requirements. We were a large group of family and friends with young children and thoroughly enjoyed the zipline at Umauma Falls at Big Island. The crew was great and jovial. They made sure all of us very comfortable as some of us are first timers. The location is so scenic with several waterfalls and valleys with full of vegetation. Highly recommend. Wish we could have got the 9 line zipline but all of them were booked and were able to get 4 line only but entire group had tons of fun.

Check in was easy and the crew was nice/fun. The views from the zip lines were amazing with the greenery and waterfalls. My family did the 4 line, and we will def go back and do the 9 line next time we visit. Thanks to the staff for making us feel safe and comfortable. One of the highlights on our trip (family group of 8).
