We've always had a passion for donuts, but only recently did we realize just how many others do too. And when looking around, we didn't see anything that truly celebrated donuts in all their glory, hence the Underground Donut Tour was born. This tour is for anyone who truly enjoys donuts. At each location, you'll be able to try a curated sample of that location's best donuts. Many locations offer vegan, gluten or nut free options, however, please make sure to let us know ahead of the tour, so we can make sure to highlight those specifically for you. Our tours include such favorites as Federal Donuts, Dotties Donuts, Beilers Doughnuts and more.

I went on this tour with 18 other people and it still felt interactive. Joe did an awesome job of showing you really cool places in philly that were not on strictly historic tour (several of the mosaics and the great history behind them along with some civil rights destinations). This goes without saying but the donuts were incredible and you leave very full.

Who knew that donuts could be so much fun!! Our tour guide, Joe, was so much more knowledgeable about the city of Philadelphia than almost anyone I know. Treat your kids to a history lesson with donuts mixed in! The two hour tour was just long enough. Be sure to wear walking shoes because you really get to walk off the donuts! I do agree with Tracy F that it would've been nice to choose the donut we wanted, (we were a smaller group), but we all loved the donuts that were chosen for us!! This is such a good idea and great for the city of Philadelphia! I'm not even a donut fan but my friends convinced me and now I'm ready to try more donuts! Thanks, Joe! It was an awesome tour!!

I highly recommend Joe has a tour guide of Philly. He was knowledgeable about almost everything we pointed at and oozed US history into any topic discussed. The donuts were a fun way to tie together the the aspects of the foodie industry and history of Philly.
