What To Expect
1
Strasburg
Stop at the farm where the Academy Award winning movie "Witness" was filmed. You will have a chance to tour the beautiful Amish farm which remains much as it was in the movie, interact with their many animals and possibly meet the wonderful Amish family who owns the farm. This is a completely private stop and not available to the public. We will stop at a private and beautiful Amish home, where the kids make birdhouses. Witness Amish craftsmanship up close in the artisan stable and barn - and purchase a birdhouse if you like.
2
Paradise
Tour of an operating, private Amish dairy farm dating back to 1830's
3
Amish Country
We will take a driving tour through beautiful Lancaster County farmland and learn about the history, culture, religion, and education of the Amish. We will see buildings associated with the very first European settlers from more than 300 years ago, covered bridges, 19th century mills, and more on our way to our first stop.
4
Strasburg
Stop at an Amish owned and operated creamery, where your ice cream is included, and the views are free too. This is ice cream as it should be... rich, fresh, and delicious!
5
Ronks
Shop where the Amish shop, not the tourists. Natural food stores are a staple for the Amish and we will go to an out of the way gem, for an up close look at this Amish run business.

Todayā€™s review: šŸ˜¬āœŒļøSooooo happy I picked this experience to visit part of the Amish Comunity at Lancaster, PA. I went with my daughter and boyfriend and we all loved it. Our guide Dale was so fun , communicative and full of knowledge. I was running 5 minutes late and he even made me a courtesy call, also the bus is clean and he is a unique gentleman. You can tell he was a teacher, there wasnā€™t one single question he didnā€™t answer. It was amazing!!! How can someone could hold so much precious information and details. I never see something like this. We got to see how the Amishā€™s live. We visited the place where the movie ā€œThe Witnessā€ was filmed šŸ˜¬Even meet them and Talk to them, Sarah was so sweet, Every single kid have some unique chores to do. (Not like this lazy generation, lol) We had some quality time with the animals , and even pet them. Iā€™m so grateful and amazed. In one of the stops, I purchased a nice bracelet made by the little girls of the family. ZahĆa and ItašŸ„°Mines says ā€œSerenityā€ my daughterā€™s say ā€œHopeā€ Everyone was so sweet and approachable. Is unbelievable!!! We enjoyed a delicious ice cream from their very own creamery, ( I choose peanut butter swirl) on a waffle cone. šŸ˜‹ Be ready to enjoy yourself and have a relaxing day, amazing views and last but not least , my respect āœŠ to the Amish Comunity. I didnā€™t want to leave!šŸ˜©šŸ¤£šŸ™Œ It was an unforgettable day for sure! We will be back!!!! Blessings to all the people involved to make this happen. Absolutely no regrets!! šŸ’Æā™„ļøšŸ™šŸ» You can find this as: Lokal Experience The Unique Amish immerse!

Our guide (Stephen or steve I believe) was wounderful! Very well spoken and informative. I hardly had any questions as he answered them as soon as I could think of them. My 11 year old son and I really enjoyed this tour.
