Received a text the night before (11/4) at 9:47 P.M. that "the unique farm tours were having bus troubles and needs to be rescheduled or refund.". I asked for a refund. I have asked for a confirmation of the refund and as of today 11/8 6:30, have received. I understand things happen but some communication on the refund would be nice.

Shaun was a fabulous tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Made the day very enjoyable for all of us, even though we were novice in our knowledge of horses. Would definitely recommend this tour and would like to do it again ourselves in the future.
