It can happen that the chain breaks, but what shouldn't happen is that you are charged $25 for a breakage that occurred a few minutes after collection, most likely caused by a manufacturing defect. Be careful and maybe choose another supplier.

Everything was very good: the welcome, the location in relation to Central Park (10 min walk), the maintenance of the bikes. The only downside was that there were no bells on the bikes, but that didn't bother us in Central Park.
