The views are spectacular although it a bit expensive but worthwhile. The check in process is confusing and waiting time is too long

Amazing scenery and informative guide who helped to take some great photos (to enhance what you see). However the tour was expensive and on reflection not great value for money.

My experience with my friend will be memorable but there are a few things that need to be changed for this tour. First of all, the manager from this place spoke to the public about keeping on masks throughout the tour in a blunt way. She talked down to her staff about their rotation in front of the public instead of having their conversation in a private setting. The tour guide herself was not very welcoming. She would hurry us throughout the tour and would not give us the time to take pictures. There were many groups going through the canyon, and people were not given the appropriate amount of time to take pictures. This needs to change. We paid a good amount of money for this experience, and I don’t feel like we were treated in a respectful manner from the staff or given the time to actually take wonderful pictures. I would not recommend this particular tour to anyone because of what happened and seeing how the staff was treated by the manager.
