Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy
Customers MUST arrive 45 minutes earlier before the tour starts! If you are late, your ticket will be voided and it is not refundable! You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.
No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs(marijuana & so forth).

Had an amazing time, definitely worth the trip. Our guide was super nice, he knew all the photo spots and even helped us with angles to get the best photo of the scenery. I did this tour solo, and it was really nice to have a guide who could help take some nice photos of me as a keepsake. Would recommend!

Fantastic and very professional guided tour. Our guide gave us so many great tips on how to capture the best pics w our iphones, made sure to get group photos for everyone in the best spots and shared a wealth of information about the canyon itself.
