  • Please bring a children’s car or booster seat for the shuttle if traveling with children under 55 pounds
  • No tripods, selfie-sticks, drones or bags. Plain a simple NO bags of any sort are allowed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy
  • Customers MUST arrive 45 minutes earlier before the tour starts! If you are late, your ticket will be voided and it is not refundable! You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.
  • No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs(marijuana & so forth).

Awful! I do not recommend this activity! The cave is very beautiful but you walk it in only 5 minutes and with the group behind you pushing you. The guide is the one who takes the photos running and burns them all pq raises the warmth and touches parameters without knowing. They just want the money! FATAL!!

Thanks for your feedback. The tour duration is 1.5 hours. We are not sure why you said it is 5 minutes. These days it is peak season to visit Upper Antelope Canyon. The guide tried to make sure every guest could join and enjoy the beauty of the canyon. Customers can select early tour time or Secret Canyon if you prefer a more private experience.

Beautiful experience. The guide was very friendly and very available to take fantastic photos. He showed us the most suggestive points and explained how to take photos. If requested, he took photos of couples or tour participants. A thousand thanks
