Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy
Customers MUST arrive 45 minutes earlier before the tour starts! If you are late, your ticket will be voided and it is not refundable! You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.
No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs(marijuana & so forth).

Wonderful colors and unique formations. Navajo guide was fabulous - she shared lots of history and really helped with how to get the best pictures. Thoroughly recommend - especially the midday time slot when the sun is shining through the crevices.

we arrived just in time for our reservation due to a problem with our gps and not an hour before as they ask you to do and just because of that they wouldn't let us on our tour when we could have easily joined our group that hadn't left yet. if you are looking for a tour company that cares about you and really goes above and beyond to try to give you the best experience DO NOT go with them, CJ super nasty and no sense of hostess. better go to dixie.

Thanks for your feedback. We put reminder on the product page that the check in time must be 1 hour ahead (at least 45 mins ahead). Being late will be denied for the tour and not be issued a refund. Also we sent email and text message to every booking to remind this rule. This rule is to every guest and no exceptions.

There are a lot of companies in Page that do this. Don’t go with this one. We enjoyed it as a family but this company didn’t care about our experience or anyone else’s. The moves you through like cattle and we’re rude. They drove recklessly to the canyon in an open truck. There was another company that came in just behind us and we were jealous…. The guests were happy and the guides were amazing from what we could tell. I didn’t catch the name of the company but they had vans instead of open trucks. I wouldn’t go with joyfun tour. Just my opinion.
