The entire process, from booking the trip online to check-in, was very smooth. River Rat was very communicative and easy to work with. The rafting trip was awesome! The guide's pre-trip safety talk and instructions were simple and easy to follow. They really did make it fun! Every employee we spoke with was helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better first time whitewater rafting experience.
