We had a great time rafting with River Rat. All of the employees were pleasant and really focused on making sure customers had a great time. Our guide Polly was especially awesome. She was engaging, pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Would definitely visit again.

River Rat whitewater rafting tours were so much fun. It was our absolute BEST day in Tennessee. We had 10 people in our group ranging with a mix of adults, teens and tweens. River Rat was amazing. First it was an extremely well run place. Clean, organized, friendly, and safe. The instruction on dry land was so thorough and also humorous it was worth the price alone. The “dad joke” throughout the day added to the experience. The equipment was first rate and well maintained. Once in the water all the guides worked as a team to ensure everyone’s safety. We had such a wonderful experience with our guides, Spencer and Brent, we booked another trip the very same day in the smaller faster boats with both of them. Huge shout out to these two guides who made our day exceptional in every way. They were personable and professional. They took us through some roaring rapids with skill and were so patient teaching us how to handle ourselves out there. Every single person we encountered at River Rat was a pleasure. River Rat is the company you want to raft with hands down.
