Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

They are a wonderful company who does 50% of all the rafting tours. They are organized, clean, safe, and absolutely wonderful! Our guide was Corey and was totally amazing! My entire family loved him and he made all our children feel safe and laugh the whole time. (Ages 6-13) We would go back in a heart beat! Kudos to this company and I thank them for the wonderful memories we now have!

We had an awesome experience with Smoky Mountain outdoors from beginning to end. The reservation system was easy to navigate, the office staff were very friendly and we had an awesome guide, Justine! Justine was very personable and made us more relaxed than we anticipated since this was our first time white water rafting. Justine was very safety conscious and thorough in her instructions. We will definitely return and hope to have Justine as our guide when we come back in the future.
