Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Went white water rafting for the first time and it was awesome!! We were a family of 4 with a 9 year old(his first time as well). Definitely recommend going and ask for Randy!! He was an awesome guide! Felt very safe and he was very knowledgeable on rafting and some history of the area!! Can’t wait to go back.
