Overview

WE LOVE BEGINNERS! We love meeting new friends and taking them on this tour of our local paradise. Lake Ivanhoe is clean, clear and free of alligators and has a gorgeous view of the downtown Orlando. This lake is just north of the heart of downtown Orlando and is easily accessible. We are only 25 minutes away from the Orlando attractions.

This experience is perfect for new paddlers and is also appropriate for experienced paddlers looking to explore new areas in Orlando. You will be given a beginner or refresher lesson on paddleboarding/kayaking with one of our friendly, experienced guides. We have super-stable boards and kayaks.

After your paddle, hang out in the awesome Ivanhoe Village. It is a true hidden gem in Orlando.There are several fresh kitchen restaurants within walking distance of the dock. You won't be disappointed!

Our guides will share pictures of your adventure with you afterward.

So first of all TJ WAS AWESOME!! So a friend of ours that we are visiting our friend and her husband and she suggested this place to us. We were trying to beat the rain, so we came at 11 AM. I kind of suck at swimming, so I did have a life vest on. But it mostly didn’t matter as the boat held up super sturdy. We did the kayaks instead of the paddle board itself. But TJ was awesome!! He was able to help guide us and provide assistance on how to do it right. We did get rained on but it wasn’t bad. TJ is SO FUNNY LOL!! He’s a blast to be around. Definitely check this place out!! Especially if you’re a beginner or need a chill day to relax and row 😌.

Our instructor Jenny was AMAZING!!! We were all beginners and she took time with each one of us to make sure we were doing things properly. She thought is everything from A-Z so we were comfortable and safe on the paddle boards. I’m not an great swimmer and I felt completely safe out there on the water with her. Thanks Jenny!!!! And we will be coming back to do more events!!!!

Fantastic experience and a very welcome break from the chaos of the parks! Great, friendly instructors that made us complete beginners feel very comfortable very quickly! Lovely, relaxed way to see around this beautiful lake and I loved my cuddle with Fiona the water bunny!! Would definitely do again!
