WE LOVE BEGINNERS! We love meeting new friends and taking them on this tour of our local paradise. Lake Ivanhoe is clean, clear and free of alligators and has a gorgeous view of the downtown Orlando. This lake is just north of the heart of downtown Orlando and is easily accessible. We are only 25 minutes away from the Orlando attractions.

This experience is perfect for new paddlers and is also appropriate for experienced paddlers looking to explore new areas in Orlando. You will be given a beginner or refresher lesson on paddleboarding/kayaking with one of our friendly, experienced guides. We have super-stable boards and kayaks.

After your paddle, hang out in the awesome Ivanhoe Village. It is a true hidden gem in Orlando.There are several fresh kitchen restaurants within walking distance of the dock. You won't be disappointed!

Our guides will share pictures of your adventure with you afterward.

My wife and I did this trip as part of a fortnight's trip to Central Florida. The three linked lakes are wonderful, glorious clear water, great wildlife and birds, and we even saw a turtle. Richard, Jenny and Angie couldn't have been nicer, wonderful people and my nervous wife was suddenly steering her single kayak off and away with confidence due to the calm and polished support given. There were about 10 other people and kids in our expedition and we all got on well. Photos are on their website, I'm the one stood up in green. We may well do another trip with EPIC next week as we enjoyed it so much.

My tour guide was so amazingly patient and helpful and by the end of the trip I felt like a pro on my peddle board. 7 pm tour was so peaceful and picturesque.

Bring a jacket cause I’m the evening it can get cold but me and my husband became a natural in no time. It’s a workout for your arena but the view is beautiful. You're able to venture out on your own but it’s not to far to receive help. I did not know that it you fall in it’s about 45 feet. We didn’t fall in but didn’t know about the depth until after we came back lol. I loved it great bday/ anniversary gift for couple who like to try new things. We decided on separate Kayak bc I didn’t want to run the risk of my husband’s lack of coordination and my clumsiness to make us fall in being beginners lol so we chose to learn to ride side by side and one in front of the other. 30 mins before it was over some decided it end there tour but even throughout the windy weather we still enjoyed our one on one
