The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has a no bag policy. Any bags, packages, or containers that offer concealment (e.g., purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage) that exceed the dimensions of 1.25" x 2.25" x 5.5" are not allowed. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum operates a baggage storage facility near the visitor center entrance, with a fee for all sizes, including luggage. This storage can be used for visits to all Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.
Open 362 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

During your visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial, you will be able to witness the USS Arizona Memorial. Even though Boat Shuttle tickets to go out on the water to the USS Arizona Memorial are not included, this world-renowned Memorial can be seen from Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. To obtain boat tickets, join the free in person Virtual Standby Queue upon arrival to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center or reserve tickets ahead of time at recreation.gov for $1 booking fee per ticket)

Our driver Rimo was great! He was entertaining and knowledgeable of Honolulu Tour. It was so hot that day that it made our trip so uncomfortable. The tour group st the uSS Missouri was knowledgeable

Marlon, with RoyalStar of Hawaii, was AMAZING! He was energetic, entertaining, and highly informative about Hawaii in general, but also about Punch Bowl and Pearl Harbor and the Arizona. I learned so much from him and he was delightful! Funny and educational….. I will definitely be back and will request his tour again. I highly recommend Marlon’s tour.

This was the biggest rip off. I booked it and it said it was not able to be canceled without 24 hours notice. The problem? There is no time listed. Then, after you go through the whole ordeal, put in your credit card info, and then complete the charge, you were informed that you still need to buy a ticket through the Pearl Harbor website. There were no tickets available. This is a shameful business practice and I would steer far away from anyone that is not upfront and honest about what you are buying. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company.
