We have used Black Tie rental service in California several times and were thrilled to know this service was available in Vail. Since we were traveling from California we did not want to lug all our gear to Colorado. Luckily, we saw the service was available also in Colorado and knew we would be in great hands. We rented skis and snowboards as our family is split, and were very happy with all the equipment as well as the service and guidance from our technician. The pick up was easy, we simply explained our location and the time for pick up and voila, at 8 pm sharp on our last day, pick up of all equipment was complete. I would definitely recommend this service and will continue to use it.

In a world where customer service/competence/communication continues to nosedive, Black Tie keeps the bar high. Every single person I dealt with in person/by phone was excellent in every way; friendly, helpful, respectful, efficient.
