I would highly recommend this tour. Our guide Max was great!! He was very attentive and made sure we were all comfortable while pushing us to new heights:) The moderate tour was perfect for us, just long enough in the heat but still got to see the amazing rainbow colors in the valley. The small group, 5 in ours, made the tour quite customizable. Max gave us options and we all felt that it was a great value for all we got to do!!

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this trip was for both my girlfriend and me. We had originally scheduled a 12 pm tour about two weeks in advance of our vacation, without really doing our due diligence. Lucky for us Roberta shot us a text a few days before our trip and asked us if we would be willing to switch to an earlier departure as the weather was going to be well over 100 degrees in the late afternoon and would be unsafe for intense hiking. This earned instant bonus points with me as it showed an extreme level of care for their customers AND employees, as well as assuring me to the level of safety they take while actually on the hike. We were picked up PROMPTLY at 6 am from our requested hotel with complete ease, thanks to an accurate vehicle description from the aforementioned texts. MAX was our driver and guide for this trip and I really can't express how amazing he made this trip for us. The first thing he asked after introductions was what we were most interested in seeing, we told him about the petroglyphs and certain rock formations we had seen and he was already extremely knowledgeable about what we were talking about. He was extremely personable and conversive throughout the entire experience, and it was just like we were hiking with a third friend we had brought along with us. He provided us with an array of healthy beverages and snacks throughout the trip to keep us energized and hydrated on the already hot morning. I will reiterate that we chose to take the intense level hike, and while most of the trip is moderate hiking, there is a segment that is very intense with steep inclines, sliding rock, and some more advanced climbing techniques required to get to the top of about a 1500' incline. But the view was absolutely unbeatable. Max was extremely patient and allowed us as much time as we wanted to spend at the top, sometimes we sat in serene, moments we just talked about the beauty of it all, or how the experiences of the first people who touched the land differ so much from what we experience today. After we descended the cliff the whole hike just went from amazing to absolutely spectacular, again just because it felt like Max was really enjoying himself as much as I was, you could tell he was really passionate about what he did and loved to talk about it and have a conversation. We went on to see literally everything we told him that we wanted to see, all the while he offered to take photographs of us or go into some of the more difficult and advanced areas to take pictures for us. All in all this was, by far, the highlight of our 5 days in Vegas. For people who truly enjoy the outdoors, getting out, and experiencing life this trip and company are the one for you. Please keep doing your thing Love Hikes. We can't wait to hike with Max again!
