We had an enjoyable hike with our guide Matthew Russell at Love Hikes, but his background in archaeology and knowledge of geology/botany made the experience much more. Pointing out the petroglyphs and their likely meaning, explaining how plant and animal life has had to adjust due to extended drought conditions, and his general knowledge about the local people and economy made the hike very interesting. Highly recommend. It would be great if they diversified to add other locations and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, camping, etc.

An amazing hiking trip that exceeded expectations! Our guide Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. The tempo, the views, everything was excellent. It was a small group (two people), which made it feel like a personal tour. Highly recommended

Matthew was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and challenged our group to push ourselves without endangering us. Great views and photo ops.
