This trip was a private tour of the upper loop for four adults. The guide was very nice. The disappointment was that the guide did not join us on the stops to explain what we were seeing. Now she did say she broke her leg and was still recovering but we still felt we should have had a running commentary during the drive and at least an explanation of what we were going to see. In the end we basically spent over $1100 for a driver and car for the day. While we did see almost everything it did detract from the overall experience.

Thank you for your feedback. While your comments are concerning, we currently don't have any guides with leg injuries and we would not allow them to be performing tours if they did. We will address the review with our guide after we find out who you are and when your tour took place as we have no recent customer history with a booking matching your name (according to your profile). We will get the guides side of the events and will update our response within a week.

What a great experience!! I feel like we got to experience all 4 seasons in one day. We went through almost every type of weather throughout the park. Our tour guide, Mimi, was so thoughtful about everything throughout our tour and made sure we got to see some amazing wildlife! She is so knowledgeable about Yellowstone and has so many great stories being from this area. She even took some awesome photos of the wildlife we saw and made sure to send them to me. Thank you, Mimi!!

This was the best way to see the park. We saw all the main sights, no time wasted on anything that was not worth it.As 9 hours is pretty exhausting as passengers, we never would have made it if we were doing the driving ourselves. Dennis was a perfect guide. He was patient, informative, and pleasant to be around. The day could have been done in an hour less if I had not taken extra time at several stops. The Jeep was clean and comfortable.
