So glad we booked the private tour. We had a wonderful experience and our tour guide Koby was fantastic! He asked us all the right questions as to what we wanted to experience and checked in throughout the day about our preferences. We really felt like Koby went above and beyond for us. Since it had been raining the past few days the waterfalls were prone to flash flooding. He pointed out various falls along our drive and found one that our party could enjoy swimming in. He was part tour guide (tons of great information about Maui), part story teller (we were all envious of his adventures) and all around nice guy. We experienced the chocolate farm, various fruits and flowers, food trucks, coconut ice cream and the legendary banana bread. We learned about Hawaiian traditions, farming and cattle and how to harvest coconuts. He answered all of our crazy questions and more. We ended the day on a gorgeous beach in Hana with swimming and body surfing! So grateful that Koby was a part of our family vacation. Best excursion we had all week. Thanks Koby!
