When traveling to Maui, one can't help but to expect a fairy tale tropical vacation, but I have to say my experience exceeded all expectations. Of course during these times the airport process takes much longer, but as soon as we finished, the rental car was parked in an easy to find location with all of the accommodations you'd expect while dealing with a luxury rental car company. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to recommendations during our stay. We were lucky enough to book a tour on the road to Hana, where we got to see the most beautiful waterfalls and they were more then happy to stop at almost every site we drove past to take pictures, hike around and share some facts. Our guide was punctual with times, experienced with the island, but yet so fun and laid back. Couldn't recommend a better experience and people to work with and can't wait to come back!

Our tour guide Nicole took the time to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and having a good time. She took special care to take care of my disabled 82 year-old grandmother. She was patient, genuine, and interesting. We had a great time and she felt like part of the family!

Michael and Alika were awesome. They took the time to get to know us and customized our itinerary. We went to many places that we would have never found on our own - a hidden lava tube, the red sand beach, path thru a bamboo forest to a waterfall, etc. lunch was at an amazing place where they called ahead to make sure I could get a gluten free option. We laughed and had a great time all day. To cap it off, they worked to find us a great place for dinner after the tour and snagged a last minute table at Mama’s Fish House for us. I have been on a Road to Hana tour before and enjoyed it but these guys are really the best. Highly recommend!
