You will like the little museum inside the visitor center. Dont's forget to take picture with the sign which shows the world-record 134 degrees, and which also shows the current temperature.
6
Badwater
Death Valley National Park is home to the lowest point in North America, the Badwater Basin. This salt flat sits at 282 feet below sea level and is the most popular attraction in the park. No trip to the area would be complete without a stop there and it is located right in the heart of the Death Valley National Park. It’s like being on another planet.
7
Artists Palette
One of Death Valley’s hidden gems is the Artists Palette painted hills. It is truly a majestic site to behold. You cannot visit Death Valley without making a stop here. You will watch the sunset here at the Artists Palette Painted Hills which makes the best color viewing.
8
Zabriskie Point
Death Valley is certified as the 3rd International Dark Sky Park in the U.S. National Park System by the International Dark-Sky Association. We will sit in the darkness and peacefulness to enjoy the night sky and stargazing. This is a great experience especially if you're from the city, even with Las Vegas just 2-hours away, to experience how people viewed the sky over 100 years ago.
9
The Strip
After that, we are heading back to the sin city. You will be back to Vegas around 11pm.

They picked us up from the hotel with the first stop at the winery in Parumph. Next we headed to Dante Peak with a great overview of the valley. Next we drove to the bottom of the valley. Great photo opportunities at each stop. Then we stopped at the gift shop for something to bring as a picnic dinner and watched the sunset and for the Milky way to come out. Even saw a shooting star. All in all a great time. Will probably try out their other tours.

Had a real VIP experience because it was somehow the hottest day ever when we went to Death Valley. Our driver/buddy Luis was awesome and super informative about the history of the regions. And he is a pretty easy to get along and made the trip a bit more fun. Before going to DV, we stopped at a winery for a taste testing (and it was so good!). At Death Valley, we got to go on this ledge that was way too high for me. If you aren't clumsy and know you won't fall off a mountain side, then definitely do this activity (my husband did). Next we go to the hotest location in the weather hemisphere. After that it was a quick snack pickup and the to another point where you saw a beautiful sunset and night sky. This trip was something. It felt so surreal being there.

This is an absolutely fantastic tour! It was just my husband and I on the first tour with our wonderful tour guides. Death Valley is everything you would ever imagine it to be from the descriptions of the planned excursion and the images posted. They went out of our way to make sure we had the best day and everything was perfect.
