A few girlfriends and I recently planned a weekend away in Charlottesville for a concert and decided to do a wine tour while we were there. We booked a private wine tour with Blue Ridge Wine Excursions and had THE BEST experience. JC was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He was so friendly and funny and knowledgeable. He took us to some beautiful wineries we wouldn't have chosen on our own and we absolutely loved it. I just cannot say enough great things about JC. Thank you for a memorable day!!

We chose a vinyard tour as part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebration and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Our driver, Chuck, arrived at our hotel entrance promptly at 11:00 and expertly guided us to several outstanding wine tastings as well as a local distillary. The view with the fall foliage was amazing as was the lunch (which Chuck prepared while at our second tasting of the day). The ability to arrive at the entrance of each location and depart at our leisure after a quick text was invaluable in maximizing our time and minimizing bother. Highly recommended for those that desire a more refined tour experience.

Absolutely one of the best things we have ever done!! We attended a concert the night before our tour, our tour guide JC picked us up from our hotel promptly 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We let him pick the wineries were to visit for the day and let me just say we were not disappointed!! He took us to some of the smaller wineries that we would never have thought about visiting. I will definitely do another tour with you, loved the Private Tour worth every penny. I will also request JC if he still available when I go back!! Thank you for a GREAT day!!
