We had a wonderful experience, it was nice to relax and let someone else drive for a change. Andrea (one of the owners of the company) was so sweet, she took tons of pictures for us and loaded the car with our random bottles of wine and glasses. Felt like family, she gave us tips on where to eat and what to visit. She even allowed us to make an unexpected pit stop at another winery. So glad we opted to do car service with Albemarle! They were top notch from beginning to end, even the booking was easy. Would definitely do it again.

My fiance' and I went down to Charlottesville for a getaway with some close friends. We wanted to enjoy some great wine and food and not have to worry about any logistics. Chuck was our driver and He was punctual, and His SUV was clean. He came with a lot of knowledge of the area and helped us craft an afternoon game plan in a matter of mins before we got into the car (we didnt know much about the area so we leaned on him to suggest our stops). He gave us welcome recommendations on what to order before leaving us off at the wineries (like what the wineries were known for, or which vintage is the best), and would pull up right to the entrance to leave us off and pick us up, very helpful in inclement weather. Chuck would gently remind us via text or drop in to let us know how we were on time as time seemed to fly with good conversation and scenery. We brought a small cooler with us full of dips, cheeses, crackers, breads, and veggies for a picnic, and Chuck handled picking the right winery for that. He even claimed a table for us and unpacked the picnic while we were in line getting our wine. The little things really added up to a great experience. No wasted time dealing with parking, wondering what to do, etc... Everything was private, customizable, and most importantly, easy. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
