This event was a custom wine tasting tour that exceeded my expectations. From my poorly sketched agenda, the team helped to refine driving and visit times to be a very workable itinerary. The chauffeur, Bill Tracey, provided a highly professional, memorable experience. Beginning the day before, Bill drove out to the remote pickup location to confirm the details, again from sketchy instructions. He performed enough field research along unmarked roads, and unmarked addresses to determine precisely where he should start the tour. More than a driver, Bill was host who provided pamphlets and a book describing the wineries in detail. At each stop on the tour he became a tour guide to highlight each property, describing its history and to point out interesting facts along the way. He served as a concierge who spoke to the winery staff upon arrival to introduce the tour and the requested service. And finally, at each stop he was eager to collect souvenir glasses and handy with the camera to capture the moment. Many thanks for an excellent experience.

We had the BEST experience! The initial communication was amazing and booking was so easy and straightforward. Bill (our tour guide) was an absolute rock star. He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind and made sure we were properly hydrated all day! He was the best photographer too! We absolutely loved him - the entire experience was seamless. Would definitely recommend to friends and use again in the future!

Our tour guide greeted us on a cold and rainy morning in Charlottesville. He offered a vineyard substitution since our first stop was a vineyard that had a tent as opposed to a tasting room. He was knowledgeable about the different vineyards and very friendly. He also brought water and chocolate
