Fantastic! A really great idea for large groups. Our driver, Chuck was awesome. He took photos for us and was quite knowledgible about the wineries. The bus was clean and safe, we felt very comfortable and taken care of.

Our driver Bill was the kindest and most caring person. He truly made our trip better. He would give us gentle reminders when it was time to leave and would check in on us to make sure we were doing okay! He was also a great photographer. The wineries in the area are beautiful and Bill even knew some fun facts!

I needed to book a short-notice custom winery/brewery tour for an unknown number of confirmed guests, on a specific date in August 2022, with a pickup in a location not included in a standing tour schedule...and, I would *not* be traveling with the group, but would be responsible for payment (in general, I was disorganized :-). I started the booking process on line with another company whose website was confusing and who did not answer their phone. Then went to the Albemarle Limousine site and placed a call - which was answered by Stacey, who listened to my request, immediately and enthusiastically made suggestions. She offered me the option of completing my request on line (with assistance) or handling it over the phone right then and there. Her customer service was amazing, calmed me, and within 15 minutes the tour was booked and confirmed by email, even with some of my "unknowns". Albemarle Limousine set up the specific stops (which was such a help) and booked the pickup and drop-off at the location of my preference (for a small fee, but well worth it). The communication after booking was electronic, specific, and consistent. The tour guide Kiomi was professional, friendly, and kept the tour on time. The 10-passenger limo-style van was clean and comfortable (there were 7 passengers). The guests thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I would highly recommend working with this company, whose customer service is something that sets them apart from others in the area.
