First and foremost, Gillie is an icon of a man. Much like Steve McQueen. He’ll kill you with kindness, drive like an expert, and tell stories that you’ll remember for the next month. You’ll smile. You’ll laugh. You’ll relax. And be surrounded by his expertise and light. (They don’t make em’ like that anymore.) The vineyards were awesome. The views spectacular. The service personal. This private tour was the way to go. We were celebrating my birthday and didn’t have to worry about the driving or planning. Dave was the best! He made sure we were doing well and made us feel well cared for. Always getting door for us, dropping us off at the front and being a photographer too! I would highly recommend this tour!!!

Communication from prior to start through finish was outstanding, as was the Mercedes and mostly our driver Gillie. We chose four wineries that met our interests and Albemarle / Gillie handled the rest with precision routing and professionalism. I give the company and Gille 5 stars ! We’ll definitely hire again and ask specifically for Gillie.
