I loved the bike and boat tour to Mt Vernon. I had a smile on my face the whole time. I took my 15 year old on our first day in the area and it was the perfect way to start a trip in DC. I’m in ok shape and it was a warm day, and the ride was a bit taxing for me, I had to walk the bike on the last hill up to the parking lot. I was very glad to be done with the bike after the beautiful ride on the amazing Mt Vernon trail. This was the perfect way for our family to see Mt Vernon.

This was our first trip to Wash DC. This was by far the best way to get from Alexandria to Mt Vernon. It was a very safe and beautiful 10 mile bike ride. We explored all of Mt Vernon and rode the boat back. We had time to eat breakfast and dinner in Alexandria. It was a perfect day. I highly recommend it. My husband and I just turned 60 glad we were in shape was this kind of day.

This was a great trip, the guys in the store were all ready for us, got us set up and on our way very quickly. The day was perfect weather and it is such a lovely ride plus the added bonus of actually seeing Mt Vernon. The cycling was very easy as the majority is relatively flat with only a few small sections with a hill. We took the boat trip back for some different views of the area.
All in all a fantastic day and I would thoroughly recommend it.
