We had a fun and knowledgeable tour guide who showed us many FU highlights, including the outside of multiple houses, an inside tour of one of the houses and several upcoming Gaines’ projects. We also stopped and shopped at Jimmy Don’s and Harp Designs studios. Being from the PacNW, it was also interesting to learn a lot about Waco’s history. I would definitely recommend!!

He had inside info re. Chip and Joanna. We got go inside look of one of Fixer Uppers home from the show. He took us to many FU”s homes. This was a wonderful tour.

Tour guide was absolutely great, had such good one liners, a true older gentleman. Did not get to see Chip or Joanna . But nonetheless it was great time laughing and learning about Waco and Fixer Upper.
