Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

Part of the “tour” are three 20-30 minute stops encouraging you to buy “stuff.” The tour guide was loud, obnoxious, and full of himself…it was a bad Larry the Cable Guy impersonator for 2 hours. I recommend selecting the other tour company.

Appreciate you booking. Contact me at 254-870-1412 and I'll refund you. Our stops are tied into the show. You also usually get to go into a house done on the show (one of the 3 stops) and meet Jimmy Don when available (another of the 3 stops). The tour guide is a 5 star guide and definitely has a Texas/Southern sense of humor. But, I do understand that's not for everyone.

Joe talked about the history of Waco not just Chip and Jo All the tidbits and info about the show..behind the scene stuff and how genuine those two are. It was a great time!! Highly recommend!!

We were able to go in a Fixer Upper home! Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable of Waco and all things Chip & Joanna related. She was great!
