We had one day in Waco. Upon arrival, we found out that most of the "Fixer Upper" things we wanted to see were closed on Sunday. While this was a bit disappointing, this tour gave us an option...and it was quite informative and enjoyable.

This tour was really informative, the most interesting things was seeing the castle, but other than that it was a drag. Is it worth $40 dollars? No. The older female tour guide had an underlying rudeness, which is fine, but give me water when I ask? Definitely not worth the money, especially being in a small hot car.

Please contact us and we will refund your booking as this is highly uncharacteristic. The tour guide mentioned has a long and distinguished career of customer service, having worked for the city Tourism Center 20+ years prior to working for us. Her passion is providing the best experience to those coming to Waco can have, as she loves people and everything Waco. When booking it is clearly communicated that water is available and also stated by the tour guide at the beginning of and during every tour, as your comfort is important to us. The vans are typical large 15 passenger tour vans with the higher tops, large windows and air conditioned.

The tour was great and very educational . Our tour driver was Sue and she was a very interesting and resourceful person. She knew so much about the Fixer upper team the history from beginning to their current status. We stopped at some interesting places along the route and had plenty of time to sightsee and eat. would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the sights of Waco as well as learn about the Gaines empire. Sue was great
