Came to Waco for my birthday ! Alyssa was the Best tour guide ever. She knew so many details about the homes and Chip and Jo. We even got to tour an actual fixer upper home !!! Totally made the trip. Stopped at a delicious donut shop. We definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Waco

Have a great time seeing the fixer uppers and learning some history on Waco. I highly recommend Joe as your tour guide. Very knowledgeable and made the experience well worth it
