Iād say this really was a 3.5 star (but had a 3 and a 4 to choose from.)
Joe, the driver, was very niceā¦and entertaining with his stories. The van was air conditioned (- which was even needed in late April!)
He drove to the old Magnolia store, where we got to shop briefly. Things were overpriced, so I didnāt buy anything.
I thought we were going to stop for ice cream because other reviews mentioned it, but we didnāt. ā¦Disappointing.
He drove past many Fixer Upper houses but we didnāt get to go in any - which was also disappointing.
He pointed out the Silos and other areas that the Gainesā plan to renovate.
We also went to Clint Harperās store and got to shop but things were pricey, so we choose not to buyā¦but we got ideas!
We did get to see the Fixer Upper houses and see the planned future areas for renovations that we wouldnāt have found on our own, so that may made this tour worthwhile.

Thanks for the nice review and comments about Joe. We appreciate your business! Sorry for the confusion about the ice cream, as that is offered by a different company. We chose to keep the price lower for our tour and make stops seen on the show. The shop stops we make are to let our guest have the experience of being at the places associated with the show. Although we don't control their pricing, we do have the best price for a mobile tour in Waco so that we can provide a great experience for as many people as possible. We would love to go into a house from the show every tour and are the only tour that offers that opportunity (we don't guarantee it as per our marketing), but usually about 95% of the time our groups go in. We do give alternate times you can come back and tour the house with another group. Since you didn't get to experience it, next time you are in Waco I will comp your seat and do all I can to get you into a house. Thank you again!
