Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. We will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler. For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs, the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.

I’ve done this trip with Roberts numerous times before Covid with no issues. Previously you were able to pick a return time so you never had to rush however this has since changed. We were picked up 10 mins late and by the time we had finished the pick ups, we were then stuck in terrible traffic. We didn’t end up arriving until nearly 2 hours later. It ended up being a rushed day out at the outlets. Disappointed

The lovely air-conditioned Coach picked us up right across the street from our Hotel. A company rep was waiting to check us in and gave us the barcode to scan for our free VIP discount vouchers! Smooth ride driver was very nice and helpful. Clear instructions for where to get back on and what time we had to be back for the trip home. Different bus on the way home, but no hassles at all and the driver helped us on and off and with all of our shopping! Overall the best experience well worth it and great prices.

I was picked up on time for the outlet shopping. The bus was clean and not too busy. The options for going there and coming back was limited (there were more time slots before the pandemic). I also used their airport pick up and return. They don't come inside the airport anymore. So I went outside to search for the shuttle van after waiting inside for a good 15 minutes. I should have read the instructions but I had been taking the airport shuttle for 10 years before the pandemic. The return trip to the airport was 15 minutes early. The drivers are welcoming and friendly.
