Overview

Waikiki Turtle Canyon Snorkeling is an amazing way to experience Hawaii’s incredible marine life on Oahu’s south shore right in front of the Waikiki Skyline. Guests will have the opportunity to snorkel with Hawaii Green Sea turtles, numerous species of reef fish and every now and then we get surrounded by dolphins or a Humpback Whale breaching in the distance during Whale Season.

INCLUSIONS: A fully equipped 50 foot motor catamaran with lots of cockpit and deck seating, onboard restroom, snorkeling equipment and instruction, USCG licensed Captain offering hands on snorkeling instruction. We strongly advise guests to be comfortable swimming. We will supply buoyancy vests onboard.

Complimentary water will also be supplied onboard however please bring cash if you would like to purchase any soft drinks, alcohol, or light snacks.

We suggest bringing a hat/visor, swimwear, cover-up, sunscreen, towels, binoculars, and a camera.

Do not do this excursion!!! We did not see one single turtle. The water was murky and you could hardy see you hand in front of your face. The worst part was that there were five or six other boats anchored in the same place and the water was so crowded that you could barely swim. I got kicked many times - a couple of times in the head! I took my own full face mask but was told that I could not use it but when I went to get a face mask they had all been distributed and they tried to trick me into using a kid's mask. The tour was VERY expensive and a total waste of time and money.

Booked through a third party. Their booking confirmation never mentioned they are not the sailing party. We could not find our group. No one at the pier was familiar with them. They advertised limited “free” parking, but did not tell the “free” parking was more than 3-blocks from the pier. They advertised “paid” parking but did not mention the paid parking was “limited”. They advertised “free” water when no free water was available. In addition, there were 6-7 tours at the same location. The snorkeling was elbow to elbow people with little visibility. Needless to say we are less than happy with the $180 we paid for this tour. Signed, Disappointed Tourist

Had a horrible experience and advise people to avoid Go Tours. I did this Turtle snorkeling trip and another on Sunday. Both were horrible. Staff frustrated with tourist and it shows, shocked at their honesty. The turtle trip sucked because I thought they were supplying fins, but when we get there all we got were masks. The current was so strong you couldn't make progress in current and wore you out. Had to leave the water and not able to snorkel. There were like 10 boats all in same place so crowded and kept getting kicked by others. Over sold, Over crowded, and they do not supply fins so if you do go bring yours or you'll regret it like I did. Also, a disgusting smell on the boat not sure if engine or bathrooms or both that produce toxic smell. A complete waste of money, and better companies because the other nine boats the people had fins so they could deal with the current.
