The dancing and singing was beautiful. It was not a standard hula. The food was average but the musical was wonderful

Overall fun time. Not your typical luau situation as it’s on the 4th floor of a shopping center. Food was meh but the hospitality and entertainment was really good. Drinks were even better (not the welcome mai tai but the actual drinks from the bar of the theater).

The Luau is outdoors in a large cabana. You are called by table number to go help yourself to the buffet. Plenty of choice as typical with most Luau's. Huge prime rib, the suckling pig, chicken, fish, etc. You are also allowed to help yourself to seconds. During the meal there is some entertainment. Once the meal is over you move to the indoor Theatre for the main show. This is a mixture of local dance, song, hula with a rock and roll twist. There's an Elvis and Jacko lookalike who come on and strut their stuff. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and far more worth the money than a sunset cruise we did. That's another review!! Well worth doing but remember this is not a beach luau.
