It's held indoors on the 4th floor of a building with stadium seating. First you eat at a long banquet table and then you move to the stadium seats to see a show. They didn't talk about Hawaiian words or customs. It was more of a cover show with an Elvis impersonator and a Michael Jackson impersonator. We thought the buffet didn't offer many side dishes for the protein options, which there were several protein options.
