The area of Waikiki was famous for its ancient burials and sacrificial heiau (Hawaiian temples). It was the seat of power for Hawaii’s ali‘i (chiefs) for over 300 years. Waikiki is also famous for eyewitness accounts of the legendary night marchers.

Knowledgeable tour guide. Look forward to the other tour options. Perfect weather. Guide waited on my sister and I to arrive. Tour happened to be on the same night as a parade making the meeting spot hard to find. Tour guide answered immediately when we called. Thankful my sister will go home with a little bit of Hawaiian history beautifully told!!
