We took a Majestic Circle Island tour with E Noa Tours. Our tour guide and driver was Jon who also drives for Waikiki Trolley. He was a fantastic storyteller about Hawaiian myths and legends plus provided great commentary about each stop on the tour. He went the extra step to ensure the comfort and safety of each guest.

We rode the Blue Line both on Saturday (with Chuck) and Sunday (with Zane) Both times were a great overview of the island history as well as some "local" knowledge about different stops and the shops or restaurants around them. Saturday we just rode to get the overview. Chuck was a wealth of history as an "old timer" (60+) Sunday we took the earliest trolley to get to Sea Life Park. Zane being a younger (mid to late 20s) had a bit of a different take on things. We still got a lot of great history. But the sights pointed out were a different perspective. It was nice to have both as it gave a better understanding to what we were seeing. Of note the blue line drivers have discounted tickets to Sea Life Park. So ask your driver. It's half price, but cash. Also of note. The afternoon Blue line busses can get full. Our return trip was standing room only. Not saying that's bad. Just be aware if you have mobility issues.

Pink line supposed to pick up at stops every 15 minutes. Waited 50+ mins, then a full bus with a rude driver finally showed up. Mentioned the issues with a response of ā€œnot my problemā€. Quite a lot of money to spend more time waiting and unsure if you will be able to meet all your plans, as busses NEVER arrived on time. We had wasted so much time waiting, and missed out on activities - we understand there is traffic and delays, but when a bus pickup is supposed to come every 15 mins, and then there is barely one within an hour, there’s more serious scheduling issues. Poor design and schedule by the company who is just so happy to take your money but not deliver. Every review has a comment to ā€œreach out directlyā€ via email. All appearances and no follow through. It’s really a shame that there’s little competition- would be nice for someone better to come along.
