Pink line supposed to pick up at stops every 15 minutes. Waited 50+ mins, then a full bus with a rude driver finally showed up. Mentioned the issues with a response of ānot my problemā.
Quite a lot of money to spend more time waiting and unsure if you will be able to meet all your plans, as busses NEVER arrived on time.
We had wasted so much time waiting, and missed out on activities - we understand there is traffic and delays, but when a bus pickup is supposed to come every 15 mins, and then there is barely one within an hour, thereās more serious scheduling issues. Poor design and schedule by the company who is just so happy to take your money but not deliver. Every review has a comment to āreach out directlyā via email. All appearances and no follow through.
Itās really a shame that thereās little competition- would be nice for someone better to come along.
