Great tour! Took a little while to find starting point, but from there, smooth sailing. Stops are picked up every 40 minutes. 2 hour tour in total. Our guide was Kama, and he was fabulous!!!

My friends and I decided on the Waikiki Hop On-Off trolley on our last day on Honolulu. We were so excited and the representative who helped us was very nice. She is the only reason this company gets one star. The trolley only ran once a hour and it was completely cramped with all seats taken and people standing in the aisle. All of the attractions were on the opposite side of where we were seated. You could not see the attractions since so many people were standing. We only say one attraction which was so disappointing. I have been on many hop on-off trolleys and the number of people were kept at a minimus to ensure everyone cauldron have a memorable experience. This was a complete waste of 75 dollars on our last day of vacation.

I can see how this is so disappointing! Our guests should be able to experience everything a tour has to offer. I can assure you, our drivers do their absolute best to make sure their guests are taken care of. If only we were allowed to turn people away, but it simply isn't that easy. We are required to fill to capacity. We are humbled by the return of tourism to the islands and we are doing our best to hire as many drivers as we can to meet the demand.
