Amazing guides! HORRIBLE organization. Completely over crowded even on the first bus of the day. Standing room barely on most trolleys - would not do again

Thank you for saying your guides were amazing. We think they are pretty great too. I can completely understand the frustration of an overcrowded bus. However, we are required to fill to capacity not to disclude guests waiting. We know that can be frustrating. I assure you were are doing everything we can to hire more drivers and get more trolleys on the road to meet the demand. Thank you for providing this review.

Trolleybus very unconfortable. It was sold 5 times more tickets as the capacity of the bus. Long time waiting..

Chaotic scenes with many angry passengers because of useless organisation. Supposed to be hop on/hop off but how can use do this when all busses are full? It was standing room only and sadly the US passengers were oblivious to common courtesy in giving up a seat to a person almost into their 80s. We booked online but no seat guaranteed. So queued in hot sun for an hour. Many others queuing told they’d have to wait for the next one. And the driver could learn some manners instead of thinking passenger enquires were an attack on him. Easy to remember advice here in just one word. Don’t.

We hate that this was your experience with us. Unfortunately, when the demand is high, we must fill busses to max capacity. Otherwise, we would have to leave guests behind, and we simply can not support that. Filling to capacity ensures that people get to experience the tour though we understand it can be frustrating for those who do not get a seat.
