Have tour pickups less than one hour apart and have enough trolleys that people don't need to stand. Standing does not allow seeing the sights, the purpose of the tour.

I paid for and took the Red Line tour. Unfortunately, there was no narration because the intercom didn’t work. I had planned to visit a couple sights along the way, but I had no idea where I was and what stop was next. The only time you could vaguely hear our driver was once we stopped. I stayed on the trolley because I wanted to go back to some sights on the line. However, the trolley changed to the Blue Line. Since I couldn’t hear the driver, I had no idea until I no longer recognized the route and I asked the woman next to me. The positive to this was I got to see sights I didn’t expect, like the beautiful beaches along the coast. The negative was I couldn’t get back to the other sights I wanted to see. Perhaps if I would’ve stay on the trolley longer, I would’ve gotten to see all the lines/tours😬
